Senior Site Accountant
The ROLE :
We require a skilled Senior Site Accountant to join our experienced finance team. Reporting to the Financial Head,
you will have broad responsibilities across financial and management reporting. You can look forward to generous financial incentives, gaining
exposure to commercial areas of the business and genuine opportunities for career progression.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Knowledge of IFRS and with particular reference to Contract Accounting.
• Ability to independently prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements and comparison with Budgets and Analysis of Variance.
• Inventory Review.
• Ability to understand contracts and ensure compliance for processing Subcontract Payments.
• Ability to review and improve Internal Controls.
• Monitor Project Cash Flow - Actual vs. Budget.
• Procurement Review and Approvals.
• Receivable Review - Analysis and Management.
The ideal candidate;
The ideal candidate will be Graduate or Masters in Commerce with additional qualification of MBA or Cost Accountancy with minimum 10 years experience in Contracting Industry preferably in Kuwait. You should have strong technical accounting skills and be able to manage financial reporting requirements in a complex corporate structure.
